Short version: this site doesn't track you. No cookies, no ad pixels, no third-party trackers.

Who is responsible

Belinda De Luca is responsible for protecting personal information on this site (Quebec's Law 25). Questions or requests: hello@shitimobsessedwith.ca.

What this site collects

When you tap a "View on Amazon" button, the site counts the click: which product, where you came from (for example Instagram), your country, and the name of the website that sent you. It doesn't record your IP address, your device, or anything that identifies you.

Email list

When the email list opens, if you sign up, I'll keep your email address, the language you picked, and the date and wording of the consent you gave. I'll use it only to send you those emails. Every email will have an unsubscribe link.

Who else is involved

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, whose servers can be outside Quebec, including in the United States. Emails, once they start, will be sent through Resend. When you go to Amazon, Amazon's own privacy policy applies, and Amazon uses cookies to credit the sale.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete any personal information I have about you. Write to hello@shitimobsessedwith.ca and I'll answer within 30 days.
