The Skip Hop Stroll & Go is a winter cover that goes over the car seat. I'd rebuy it in a heartbeat. I used it for 5 months of my son's first winter, from newborn to about 6 months.

Who it's for
Parents with a winter baby who don't want to deal with a bulky snowsuit and boots. Also good if you want one cover that can fit different car seat models.
Skip it if
You only want something for the stroller. I only used mine on the car seat, so I can't tell you how it does anywhere else.
What I loved
- It kept my son warm and snuggly, with no bulky snowsuit or boots needed.
- Machine washable, and it can go in the dryer too.
- The zipper worked well.
- The elastic is handy and can fit a number of different car seat models. On my Nuna PIPA URBN it fit perfectly.
What bugged me
- Nothing. I even got asked twice and my answer stayed the same: everything was great.
How I used it
I used it for 5 months, when my son was 0 to 6 months, only on the car seat. He wore normal clothes underneath, with a blanket draped over his legs and a hat. When we got in the car, I took off the blanket and the hat so he wouldn't overheat. It fit my Nuna PIPA URBN perfectly.
My verdict
Rebuy. I'd buy it again without thinking, and I'll use it for a future baby for sure.

Yes. I used it with my Nuna PIPA URBN and it fit perfectly. The elastic can also fit a number of other car seat models.
What did your baby wear under it?
Normal clothes, with a blanket draped over his legs and a hat. I took the blanket and hat off once we got in the car so he wouldn't overheat.
Can you wash it?
Yes. It's machine washable and can go in the dryer.
